Public Services


The Town’s Public Services Department consists of three divisions that provide quality services to customers of the Town of Mooresville. These three divisions are under the direct supervision of the Town's Public Services Director.

The Engineering Division supports Town departments in managing infrastructure issues and facilitating the land development process to support well-planned growth and high-quality infrastructure.

The Public Utilities Division provides operations and maintenance of more than 200 miles of wastewater and water lines serving over 12,000 customers. This Division includes Water & Sewer Maintenance, the Rocky River Wastewater Treatment Plant, and the Town's Water Treatment Plants.

The Public Works Division consists of Street Maintenance, Sanitation, Fleet Maintenance and Buildings & Grounds Maintenance. This division maintains Town roadways, collects and disposes of solid waste and debris, maintains the Town’s fleet of vehicles and equipment, and maintains Town facilities, parks and the Mooresville Municipal Golf Course.
