Fences in residential areas cannot be more than four feet in height in front yards or six feet in height in rear yards and must be kept in good repair. Fences must be constructed of approved materials. Use of materials such as barbed wire, razor wire and above-ground electrified fencing are prohibited. Swimming pools must be enclosed by a fence four feet in height. |
