Code Enforcement & Zoning Administration

Code Enforcement & Zoning Administration ensure compliance with the Town’s zoning codes and ordinances. Minimum standards apply to housing, overgrowth of vegetation, outside storage buildings, overall maintenance of property (residential and commercial), zoning, disabled/abandoned vehicles, and signage.

Property owners are initially notified of a violation and provided time to correct violations before other enforcement measures are taken
