Free Compost Available

The Iredell County Solid Waste Facility, located at 354 Twin Oaks Road in Statesville, has compost available at no cost while supplies last to Iredell County residents.

The compost is made of shredded leaves, yard waste and wood chips and makes a great soil amendment. Available while supply lasts to Iredell County residents only - no businesses. Loading hours are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m. – Noon.
