Town Board Approves Budget

The Mooresville Town Board approved a Fiscal Year Budget for 2013 of $85,565,621 tonight with a 6-0 vote. The new budget does not include a tax increase as originally proposed by Town Manager Erskine Smith and includes a reduction in the utility rate of 5%.
