Community Worked Together for $10,000 Grant

Mooresville Fire & Rescue (MFR) will receive a $10,000 grant from Liberty Mutual Insurance for the community’s participation in the Community Fire Safety survey contest.

MFR finished fifth in the nation in the medium size division. The department will use the grant funds for Fire & Safety Education in our community. A formal presentation from Liberty Mutual is scheduled for Monday, December 6 during the Town Board meeting. Thank you for your commitment to this grant project and your participation.
