The Administrative Division is comprised of John Pritchard, Director of the Mooresville Public Library, and Jennifer Lashua, Administrative Assistant.
The administration of the Mooresville Public Library is a team environment. To foster and promote that enviroment each department gives their voice, guidance and support to the administration division. All employees of the library are encouraged to think of better ways to serve the public. The Administration Division is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic plan, budget, finance, and personnel administration. The Administrative Division also oversees day-to-day operations.
The primary focus of the Administration Division is to ensure that the Library effectively, efficiently, and proactively meets the needs of the community and the patrons it serves.
